Barista / Café Team Member
- We are a small craft coffee shop and bakery looking for a hardworking, team-oriented Barista to join our team. This role goes beyond making great coffee—you'll be an essential part of our daily operations and help wherever needed to ensure the café runs smoothly.
- Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages
- Provide friendly, welcoming customer service
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Wash dishes and keep workstations clean and stocked
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Assist with food and beverage prep
- Help receive, organize, and store deliveries
- Support bakery and kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to jump in wherever help is needed, including kitchen and cleaning tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Hours and Salary
This is an entry level position & we are looking for someone who can work with us from 7am until 3pm Thursday through Sunday

Baker's Assistant
- We are a sourdough-focused bakery dedicated to crafting naturally leavened breads, pastries, and baked goods with care, consistency, and quality ingredients. As a small,
- team-oriented bakery, everyone contributes to the success
- of the business, and no task is too big or too small.
- Responsibilities
- Assist bakers with preparation and production of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Scale ingredients and help execute recipes accurately and consistently
- Shape doughs, prepare baking trays, and assist with baking processes
- Wash dishes, baking tools, and production equipment throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and assist with daily cleaning tasks
- Restock ingredients, packaging supplies, and retail displays
- Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and provide friendly service
- Package baked goods and prepare orders for retail and wholesale customers
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform both production and cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous bakery, kitchen, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person
Hours and Salary
There is some flexibility in the hours but we need someone who is available full time & willing to work early mornings when necessary - at times as early as 4am.
